There are 6 bedrooms, all single occupancy. \u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">In the spring of 2014 Haldon View had a boiler inspection and upon investigation a full replacement of the boiler and heating system was considered necessary, and furthermore there was asbestos to manage throughout the building, this work was estimated at \u00a390,000.
