Board members held a Q&amp;A session with the Deputy Director of Integrated Adult Social Care. Questions were on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>her role<\/li>\n<li>how it differed to previous guests<\/li>\n<li>what a typical working day looked like<\/li>\n<li>managing personal budgets\/direct payments<\/li>\n<li>how the council included different communities in their policies and plans<\/li>\n<li>how charging errors could happen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There was also a presentation from the DIVAS (women with learning disabilities and\/or autism that have survived domestic abuse and sexual violence).
