Devon County Council is, therefore, working with South Hams District Council to develop a solution which improves the local air quality.<\/p>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/devoncc.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/s\/PublicDocs\/Corporate\/EbdnEbtcGL5HjAjog1u5lTQB2IpB0PqlVzxYTtq24qKiZg?e=DCqxyK\" rel=\"noopener\">Ivybridge Transport Study<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.southhams.gov.uk\/media\/3114\/A-Clean-Air-Strategy-for-South-Hams-and-West-Devon-Apr-2018\/pdf\/A_CLEAN_AIR_STRATEGY_AQAP_South_Hams_and_West_Devon_version_1.4.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">South Hams District Council\u2019s Air Quality Action Plan<\/a> identify that the existing on-street parking arrangements create a pinchpoint as the carriageway narrows, preventing a two-way flow of traffic.
