Never pass between the horse and the barge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Towpath mooring restrictions:<\/strong> Mooring is not permitted on the towpath side between Tiverton Basin and East Manley Bridge from March to November, as this route is used by the horse\u2011drawn barge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engine limits:<\/strong> Only outboard motors up to 2.5 horsepower per metre of boat length are allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speed limit:<\/strong> The maximum speed is <strong>4\u202fmph<\/strong>.
