The new three-year fund has a budget of \u00a36 million to help small VCSE organisations and social entrepreneurs to develop new sources of earned income and strengthen long\u2011term financial resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funding from the Henry Smith Foundation is for organisations that are working within one or more of its three strategic priority areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Getting started\u00a0&#8211; supporting families to give their young children a strong start<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building independence\u00a0&#8211; helping young people move into adulthood with confidence, skills and hope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safer futures\u00a0&#8211; supporting people to rebuild their lives after abuse, displacement or prison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intermediary Partners can apply to Henry Smith Foundation for between \u00a3500,000 and \u00a31.5m over three years.&nbsp;The partners will administer onward grants and deliver practical enterprise development support for early-stage VCSE organisations and social entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be an intermediary partner, your organisation must be capable of designing and rolling out an enterprise development capacity-building offer (including facilitation of peer support) based on an established record of enterprise development support.
