The programme will connect promising innovators with industry partners so that they can work collaboratively to&nbsp;develop demand-led trial proposals that tackle some of the most pressing energy resilience challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Energy Resilience Accelerator invites proposals that address one of the following challenge areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>whole-system vulnerability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resilience for remote and island communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintaining emergency response capability during power disruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resilient clinical buildings and estate infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extreme weather impacts on vulnerable customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>site and estate resilience\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMEs accepted on the programme will receive a fully-funded package of support including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>expert technical and business support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>direct connections to major industry players and potential commercial partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a tailored business support package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The package will support participants to develop a pitch for a grant of up to \u00a340,000 to fund their trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) developing technologies and services to improve energy resilience can apply to be part of the Energy Resilience Accelerator.
