{"id":5804,"date":"2026-08-05T09:43:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T08:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/?post_type=tb_fund&#038;p=5804"},"modified":"2026-08-05T09:43:13","modified_gmt":"2026-08-05T08:43:13","slug":"finnis-scott-foundation","status":"publish","type":"tb_fund","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/finnis-scott-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Finnis Scott Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered charities can apply to the Finnis Scott Foundation for grants to support activities relating to horticulture and plant sciences, as well as fine art and art history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grants are awarded for the following types of projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gardens and gardening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>horticulture and plant sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gardening and mental\/physical health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visual arts and art conservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gardening in schools and colleges (special schools only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can apply for up to \u00a310,000 although most grants are for \u00a35,000 or less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UK registered charities can apply \u2013 this includes CIOs but excludes CICs.
