The funding is from the Henry Smith Foundation which is looking to fund high\u2011quality, job coach\u2011led careers education in both mainstream and SEND school settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funding is for initiatives that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>embed qualified job coaches within school settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deliver early, structured vocational profiling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create meaningful, well-matched work experiences with employers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>build strong partnerships between schools, families,\u00a0employers\u00a0and specialist providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthen pathways into supported internships,\u00a0employment\u00a0and paid work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grants are typically \u00a3200,000 over 4 years (\u00a350,000 per year) and can include core costs such as salaries, rent, utilities, and staff wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered charities, CICs and CBSs&nbsp;with&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in supported employment can apply.
