It has a budget of \u00a36.3million to support community-based men\u2019s health across England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This\u00a0fund is\u00a0designed for\u00a0voluntary and community sector organisations in\u00a0England\u00a0that are already doing meaningful work with men and that want to strengthen,\u00a0develop\u00a0and share learning about what makes their work effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim is to provide comprehensive coverage of the different points at which men\u2019s health risks emerge and escalate: there are therefore three different funds each with a distinct focus and target group \u2013 but with the overarching goal of supporting men to prioritise their mental and physical wellbeing and seek help when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DHSC <\/strong>&#8211; grants of between \u00a375,000 and \u00a3125,000 for programmes supporting:<br>&#8211; men aged 35 to 59 who are unemployed, economically inactive or facing economic insecurity<br>&#8211; men aged 60+ experiencing key life transitions (eg. retirement, bereavement, relationship breakdown, caring responsibilities etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Movember\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; grants of between \u00a3150,000 and \u00a3300,000 for programmes supporting young men aged 16\u201335. Apply via the <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/about\/funding\" rel=\"noopener\">Movember website<\/a>.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>People&#8217;s Health Trust <\/strong>&#8211; for programmes supporting men working in industry.
