{"id":5272,"date":"2025-11-17T11:26:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T11:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/?post_type=tb_fund&#038;p=5272"},"modified":"2025-11-18T14:07:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T14:07:55","slug":"livewell-foundation","status":"publish","type":"tb_fund","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/livewell-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Livewell Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Livewell Foundation supports projects and initiatives that will help improve health and wellbeing, prevent ill health or reduce social isolation within Plymouth and South West Devon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The foundation provides small grants up to \u00a31,000 and large grants up to \u00a310,000 for projects or initiatives that will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>improve health and wellbeing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduce mental and physical ill health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduce social isolation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There is currently a particular focus on supporting projects relating to children\u2019s mental health, women\u2019s health and child obesity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funding can be used towards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>staff salaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>project activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>small-scale refurbishment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organisational development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>core costs (for registered charities only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The funding is for activities that will have a direct benefit on communities or individuals in Plymouth, South Hams or West Devon (PL1 to PL10 inclusive; PL16; PL19 to PL21 inclusive; TQ7, TQ8 and TQ10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are accepted from organisations that are doing work that is legally charitable, this includes registered charities as well as grassroots community groups and small-to-medium-sized voluntary organisations.
