The Swire Charitable Trust makes grants to charities supporting some of the UK\u2019s most vulnerable people to overcome barriers and realise their potential, and to charities that are protecting the UK\u2019s environment and heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are three funding programmes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opportunity<\/strong> – improving life chances. In particular, practical support for: vulnerable children and young people; ex-service men and women; victims of slavery and trafficking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Environment<\/strong> – supporting the UK\u2019s biodiversity; and connecting people to nature<\/p>\n\n\n\n Heritage<\/strong> – regeneration through restoration; and supporting and developing heritage skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is no minimum or maximum grant size and funding can be used towards projects or core costs.
