It provides grants of up to \u00a310,000 through its UK Small Grants scheme to help smaller organisations to develop and deliver programmes for children, their siblings and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can apply for funding towards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects \u2013 such as activities, bereavement support, family support, respite to support the whole family<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipment and materials \u2013 such as hydrotherapy pools, multi-sensory rooms, minibuses and specialised play equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are accepted from registered charitable organisations and CICs that support children and young adults aged 0 \u2013 25 with disabilities and life-limiting conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The True Colours Trust supports children and young adults with disabilities and life-limiting conditions.
