{"id":5220,"date":"2025-10-15T15:56:51","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T14:56:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/?post_type=tb_fund&#038;p=5220"},"modified":"2025-10-15T15:56:54","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T14:56:54","slug":"clothworkers-foundation","status":"publish","type":"tb_fund","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/clothworkers-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Clothworkers&#8217; Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Clothworkers\u2019 Foundation makes grants through its Open Programme for capital projects such as buildings, equipment, vehicles and digital infrastructure such as websites, databases and apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can apply to the Clothworkers\u2019 Foundation if you are a registered charity, CIO, CIC, exempt charity or special school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects should fit with one or more of the Foundation\u2019s programme areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communities experiencing racial inequalities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disabilities (including mental health and visual impairment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>domestic and sexual abuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>economic disadvantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>homelessness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LGBT+ communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>older people facing disadvantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prison and rehabilitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>substance misuse and addiction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>young people facing disadvantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At least 50% of service users benefiting from the capital project should be from one or more of these groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grants are made to large and small projects.&nbsp;Applicants are asked not to request a specific amount from the Clothworkers\u2019 Foundation: projects over \u00a3100,000 may receive around 10% of the balance to be raised; smaller projects of \u00a315,000 or less may receive all, or a significant amount, of the remaining balance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Clothworkers\u2019 Foundation makes grants through its Open Programme for capital projects such as buildings, equipment, vehicles and digital infrastructure such as websites, databases and apps.
