{"id":4709,"date":"2025-04-02T15:30:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T14:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews-new\/?post_type=tb_fund&#038;p=4709"},"modified":"2025-04-02T15:30:26","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T14:30:26","slug":"nlcf-reaching-communities","status":"publish","type":"tb_fund","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/nlcf-reaching-communities\/","title":{"rendered":"NLCF Reaching Communities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) Reaching Communities programme has introduced new priorities for its grants.<\/p>\n<p>The priorities are to fund projects that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>support places, people or communities experiencing poverty, disadvantage or discrimination<br \/>\n<strong>AND<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>support people and communities to shape the decisions that affect their lives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project must also achieve one of the programme\u2019s missions. These are to support communities to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>come together, through inclusive places, spaces and activities<\/li>\n<li>help children and young people thrive, by developing positive social and emotional skills<\/li>\n<li>be healthier, by addressing health inequalities and helping prevent poor health<\/li>\n<li>be environmentally sustainable by engaging with climate issues, having a positive environmental impact or improving access to quality natural spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NCLF Reaching Communities grants start at \u00a320,001; most grants awarded are for less than \u00a3500,000.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply to Reaching Communities if your organisation is a constituted voluntary or community organisation, registered charity, charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, community interest company (CIC), school, statutory or public body (including local authorities, town, parish or community councils), community benefit society or co-operative society.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) Reaching Communities programme has introduced new priorities for its grants.
