{"id":4610,"date":"2025-03-25T16:19:26","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T16:19:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews-new\/?post_type=tb_fund&#038;p=4610"},"modified":"2025-03-25T16:19:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T16:19:26","slug":"sib","status":"publish","type":"tb_fund","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/sib\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Investment Business (SIB Group)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SIB Group offers funding and flexible finance to organisations with a social purpose to help them make a positive difference in the communities they support.<\/p>\n<p>There are currently three programmes available:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reach<\/strong> &#8211; grants between \u00a35,000 and \u00a315,000 for charities and social enterprises that need support to raise finance from approved social investors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energy Resilience Fund<\/strong> &#8211; funding of \u00a325,000 to \u00a3250,000 is available via a blend of grants (40%) and loans (60%) to help charities and social enterprises to reduce their carbon emissions and energy costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexible Finance<\/strong> \u2013 a blended loan and grant fund for Black and Racially Minoritised-led charities and social enterprises improving people\u2019s lives or the environment they live in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community Builders Fund<\/strong> &#8211; loans of between \u00a3100,000 and \u00a31.5m for charities and social enterprises improving people\u2019s lives or the environment they live in<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to the SIB Group website for more information about each programme including eligibility criteria and terms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SIB Group offers funding and flexible finance to organisations with a social purpose to help them make a positive difference in the communities they support.
