It is a network of finance providers which provide loans for customers not supported by other lenders. The members of Responsible Finance are social enterprises which reinvest profits so that more people and businesses can access finance.<\/p>\n<p>One of the programmes led by Responsible Finance matches \u00a330m from the Regional Growth Fund with \u00a315m each from the Co-operative Bank and Unity Trust Bank, to provide loans to small and micro businesses unable to access mainstream finance. The programme is delivered in the South West by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/fundingnews\/fund\/start-up-loans\/\">SWIG Finance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible Finance provides a search facility through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.findingfinance.org.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">findingfinance.org.uk<\/a> so that businesses, social enterprises, charities and individuals can find fair and affordable loans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible Finance is the new name for the Community Development Finance Association.
