Application deadline:

Fund description:

Devon County Council has a new grant scheme to help local communities to revitalise their community-led facilities and activities that were suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic and national lockdowns.

The Reconnect Rebuild Recover Community Fund will provide grant funding of up to £1,000 for smaller projects and between £1,000 and £3,000 for larger projects for community-led initiatives which help to restore the things that matter to local people. The aim is to enable them to reinvigorate their community-led facilities and/or social activity in a safe and confident way.

We are looking for projects such as re-commencing community support groups, social activities that help people to re-connect, community transport services, support for health and wellbeing and helping people to develop skills such as through volunteering.

All activities should enable people to re-connect in a confident and safe (COVID-19 compliant) manner.

Voluntary and community organisations, town and parish councils, charities and social enterprises can apply. Non-constituted groups, individuals and small businesses cannot apply directly but an eligible organisation can apply on their behalf.
