The Prince’s Trust provides comprehensive support to help 18-30 year olds develop and start a new business. The Enterprise Programme offers training, mentoring and other support to young people aged 18 to 30, living in the UK and unemployed, or working fewer than 16 hours a week, and have a business idea or some ideas to explore.
The programme begins with an information session and an interactive workshop and then provides help to develop a business idea, followed by support from an experienced business mentor for up to 2 years once the business is up and running.
In addition, the Enterprise Programme also offers the chance to apply for a low-interest start-up loan and, in special circumstances, a small business grant.
