The main focus of the Gamesys Foundation is to preserve and protect the wellbeing of individuals suffering from mental health issues. The Gamesys Foundation receives the majority of funding from the Gamesys Group PLC, which derives all of its revenue from online gambling activities.
The foundation provides grants and funding to organisations that care for individuals suffering from mental health issues, as well as those who focus on research in the mental health field. This includes mental health issues caused by addiction, social isolation, homelessness, bereavement, and suicide.
Gamesys Foundation will predominantly fund registered charities and NGOs. Grants for other types of organisations are also considered as long as they can be proven to have an impact on mental health issues, support, and treatment.
Applications are open to UK-based organisations with a minimum annual income of £50,000.
