This chart illustrates the high number of female employees at the Council that work in lower-graded posts. The female headcount is higher at all grades A to T. The highest number is between 750 and 1000 at grade E. This compages to about 250 male employees at that grade. It also illustrates that there are more females working in higher-grade roles (L9 to L1) than men.
