These briefings share important learning from local serious incidents and are intended to support reflection, professional discussion, and continuous improvement in safeguarding practice.<\/p>\n<p>The first briefing, Oliver (2026), focuses on unexplained injuries and bruising in pre-mobile infants, highlighting key considerations for practitioners and the importance of effective multi-agency working when concerns arise.<\/p>\n<p>The second briefing, Evie (2026), focuses on safer sleep, sharing learning to support practitioners in promoting safe sleep practices and strengthening conversations with families to help reduce risks to infants.<\/p>\n<p>Although Rapid Reviews themselves are not published, DSCP produces Learning Briefings to ensure key learning is shared widely.
