The training is designed to support early years practitioners in embedding inclusive practice, meeting their responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, and creating environments where every child and family feels valued, respected, and included.<\/p>\n<p>This interactive one-hour webinar explores key themes including equality legislation, prejudice, racism and discrimination, gender and inclusion, and practical approaches to promoting belonging from the earliest years. Participants will consider how children develop their understanding of differences, how bias and stereotypes can be challenged, and ways to foster positive attitudes and inclusive behaviours within their setting.<\/p>\n<p>The session also focuses on embedding EDI throughout the early years curriculum, creating inclusive learning environments, and working effectively with parents, carers, and local communities.
