This qualification is primarily aimed at leaders qualified to at least level 3 with a *full and relevant qualification who are, or are aspiring to be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>managers of private, voluntary and independent nurseries<\/li>\n<li>headteachers or leaders of school-based or maintained nurseries<\/li>\n<li>childminders with leadership responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The NPQEYL is an 18-month programme consists of a series of seven modules based on the DfE\u2019s Early Years Leadership NPQ framework: <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/1182417\/National-Professional-Qualification-for-Early-Years-Leadership.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">National Professional Qualification (NPQ): Early Years Leadership Framework<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.onecornwall.co.uk\/page\/?title=NPQEYL&amp;pid=170\" rel=\"noopener\">OneCornwall &#8211; NPQEYL<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One Cornwall South West Institute for Teaching (SWIFT) are open to applications for the next NPQEYL cohort.
