This interactive session will boost your confidence, give you practical tools to manage your finances, and help you see the bigger picture behind every pound you earn and spend.<\/p>\n<p>Join us for this informative session where you will\u00a0leave with clarity, confidence, and practical tools to make your setting financially sustainable.<\/p>\n<h2>About the trainer<\/h2>\n<p>Tanya Petherick is a Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.be-more.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BeMore<\/a> (Training, Consultancy and Mentoring for Childcare Organisations) and former joint CEO of a large childcare organisation, which she joined following a successful career in software marketing. Tanya worked in the business with just a BTec in Business Studies until she went to University in her late forties and obtained a Masters in Business Administration. She has subsequently become a qualified business mentor. Tanya\u2019s style is positive and collaborative. In addition to delivering training and support Tanya organises the Club Central conference to connect wraparound providers together and is an expert wraparound adviser for Childcare Works.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting people in the sector to have better business skills is one of her driving forces.
