We\u2019re committed to keeping you informed and supported throughout this transition.<\/p>\n<h2>Where we are now<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re nearing the end of the formal reorganisation process across our teams and localities. While some staff will be working in new areas, we want to reassure you that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be no disruption to current support. The staff member you\u2019ve been working with will continue delivering the services already in place<\/li>\n<li>Some settings may not yet have a named contact. We\u2019re aware of this and will be addressing it in next week\u2019s bulletin<\/li>\n<li>A clear structure chart will be shared in next week\u2019s digest to help you navigate the changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What&#8217;s coming next?<\/h2>\n<p>Here\u2019s what to expect over the coming weeks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updated staffing list and setting allocations \u2013 coming next Friday<\/li>\n<li>Review of current working arrangements \u2013 throughout October<\/li>\n<li>Continue using current referral routes \u2013 for Early Years Complex Needs, Nursery Plus, and Inclusion Funding<\/li>\n<li>Transition to new delivery models \u2013 during the second half of the Autumn term. We\u2019ll work closely with you to identify and address any unintended impacts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A message from the team<\/h2>\n<p>We understand that change can feel overwhelming, especially when everyone is already working hard.
