It highlights the huge difference early years professionals make to young children and how rewarding working in the sector can be.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign directs potential applicants to use <a href=\"https:\/\/findajob.dwp.gov.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">DWP\u2019s Find a Job<\/a> vacancy platform to search for early years roles in their area.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/devoncc.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/s\/PublicDocs\/Education\/EdmveIwF3ClBoGu4mFsDZhMBKIjSAb1gORtmTL-BrUKA6A?e=ZCw6b6\" rel=\"noopener\">DWP Find a Job instructions<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d be grateful for your support in ensuring as many early years providers as possible list their vacancies on Find a Job ahead of the next wave of the campaign.\u00a0Providers should use the term \u2018early years\u2019 in the title of the job adverts and select \u2018Education jobs\u2019 for the job category.\u00a0 This service is free to use and will ensure vacancies are seen by a large pool of potential candidates.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-16049\" src=\"http:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/eycs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/96\/2024\/05\/Early-Years-vacancies-1080x1080-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"A young boy with a magnifying glass held up over his eye.
