The campaign will be across TV, radio, digital, social media, billboards, and the rail network.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u2019d love your support in amplifying the campaign<\/strong> &#8211; please keep an eye out for the new adverts and use the <a href=\"https:\/\/earlyyearscareers.campaign.gov.uk\/recruitment-resources\/\" rel=\"noopener\">available resources<\/a> in your own recruitment activity.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/earlyyearscareers.campaign.gov.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">campaign website<\/a> also directs thousands of potential applicants to <a href=\"https:\/\/findajob.dwp.gov.uk\/search?q=Early+Years&amp;w=UK\" rel=\"noopener\">Find A Job<\/a> every week and providers can advertise roles on there for free, which will ensure they are seen by a large pool of candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Please share the attached \u2018DWP Find a Job instructions\u2019 with your local providers to help them create an account and post any current or upcoming jobs in their setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Providers should use the term \u2018early years\u2019 in the title of the job adverts and select \u2018Education and childcare jobs\u2019 for the job category.\u00a0Thank you for your continued support.\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget the Early Years and Childcare Service can also support you with your recruitment &#8211; during the Summer term (from 4 April \u2013 31 August 2025) there will be no charge to place an early years and childcare job advert!
