For over 30 years, Afta Thought have been creating bespoke drama-based training sessions for the workplace, using actors and skilled facilitators to deliver sessions that are impactful and memorable.<\/p>\n<p>This conference will focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing cumulative harm<\/li>\n<li>Consent and managing resistant engagement<\/li>\n<li>Developing professional curiosity around neglect<\/li>\n<li>SMART planning for neglect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who should attend?<\/h3>\n<p>This event is aimed at practitioners who work with children and family and need to assess and understand their lived experience to safeguard their wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>We believe your participation would be invaluable, given your expertise and commitment to safeguarding children.
