That\u2019s a huge increase of 26% over the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, our annual early years conference will\u00a0explore how we can give all our children, including those with SEND, and EAL,\u00a0the speech and language skills, and the confidence they need, to speak and be heard.<\/p>\n<h2>Keynote speakers confirmed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Laura Henry-Allain<\/strong> talking about the child&#8217;s love of books, the importance of being read to, and how ensuring diversity in texts enables us to give every child their voice<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aaron Bradbury<\/strong> sharing research that tells us nurturing an emotional relationship is the primary function needed for intellectual and social growth.
