Changes &#8211; additional wording under \u2018Contacting the provider\u2019 around when inspectors will provide the opportunity to discuss reasonable adjustments, amended wording under \u2018Pausing an inspection\u2019 for clarification and updated text under \u2018After the inspection\u2019 to outline Ofsted\u2019s new complaints process.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/people-connected-with-ofsted-registered-childcare?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=govuk-notifications-topic&amp;utm_source=ecd6c903-ddab-4651-9fa6-90f8f7d2f899&amp;utm_content=daily\" rel=\"noopener\">People connected with Ofsted-registered childcare<\/a> &#8211; Guidance on checks we will carry out on anyone associated with Ofsted-registered childcare. Changes &#8211; removed the references to the EY3 form and updated the \u2018Tell Ofsted about changes\u2019 section with the new process for reporting a change.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/report-changes-to-registered-people-in-your-nursery-or-other-daycare-ey3?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=govuk-notifications-topic&amp;utm_source=4c7815db-8e53-4592-87f8-d2b9bec20544&amp;utm_content=daily\" rel=\"noopener\">Report changes to registered people in your nursery or other daycare (updated February 2024)<\/a> &#8211; You must tell Ofsted about changes to those responsible for a daycare organisation, and for a home where daycare takes place, and also who is living or working there. Changes &#8211; removed the references to the EY3 form and updated the \u2018Tell Ofsted about changes\u2019 section with the new process for reporting a change.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/ofsted-eif-inspections-and-the-eyfs?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=govuk-notifications-topic&amp;utm_source=0ae3ce64-19c6-4f34-8775-d41b835fbda9&amp;utm_content=daily\" rel=\"noopener\">Ofsted inspections: what EY providers and practitioners need to know<\/a> &#8211; What schools, registered early years providers and childminders need to know about delivering the early years foundation stage (EYFS), and Ofsted inspections under the education inspection framework (EIF).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Information specific to childminders:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/childminder-agencies-inspection-guidance?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=govuk-notifications-topic&amp;utm_source=2e587474-dbd8-4b8b-85a5-6a6f4631f365&amp;utm_content=daily\" rel=\"noopener\">Childminder agencies: inspection guidance<\/a> &#8211; Guidance for childminder agencies about the main activities carried out by inspectors. It also sets out the judgements that inspectors will make. Changes &#8211; updated with information about how Ofsted inspect and report on safeguarding.
