As a service we are your first point of contact for all enquiries about HR issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Our support:<\/h2>\n<p>We support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>corporate managers within Devon County Council<\/li>\n<li>headteachers, school leaders, school business managers and administrators of schools, academies and <strong>early years in Devon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>privately-run preschools<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>some external customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>We support with:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>grievance and disciplinary processes<\/li>\n<li>restructures\/redundancies<\/li>\n<li>any aspect of HR policy interpretation<\/li>\n<li>absence management including supporting occupational health referrals<\/li>\n<li>TUPE transfers<\/li>\n<li>employee relations<\/li>\n<li>iTrent user queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Contact HR Direct:<\/h2>\n<p>Telephone HR Direct on 01392 385555 or email: <a href=\"mailto:hrdirect-mailbox@devon.gov.uk\">hrdirect-mailbox@devon.gov.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>HR Direct working times are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am until 5.00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>HR Direct is part of the HR Operations team.
