Tiny Happy People Campaign- get involved!

During March the BBC are launching their Tiny Happy People campaign to increase awareness of child development and the importance of speech, language and communication.

The resources are fantastic – there are videos, activity suggestions (from antenatal-5 years), tips, recipes and loads of really helpful advice for both professionals and families.

All of the resources are evidence based and supported by a range of professionals including: Speech & Language Therapists; Health Visitors; Midwives and EY specialists from all across the country.

Speech and Language Therapists, Public Health Nurses and Early Years Practitioners across Devon are promoting this campaign but you too can get involved by checking out the resources and even go three steps further:

  1. Choose your favourite resource / video / part of the site
  2. Share it with someone (a family you’re working with, a colleague, a professional you’re working with, family, friends, postman, anyone) to spread the word and raise awareness
  3. Display the posters/postcards and promote the campaign on social media #TinyHappyPeople
