Sensory food education for early years providers

Sensory food education is a fantastic way of helping children build a positive relationship with food and eating.

One of the three prime areas of learning and development in the EYFS is Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED).  A key part of this for children in your care is learning how to look after their bodies including through healthy eating.
