The deadline for submitting the Termly Provider Survey Spring 2021 is 5 March. Please ensure that you complete the survey. Only 25% of providers have completed the survey so far.

We would like to remind funded providers that it is a requirement to complete and return this survey.

You will have been sent a unique link to complete your survey. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you have not received a link please email childcareinfo@devon.gov.uk
