Not receiving course notifications from DEL?

When you book onto a course via the DEL training website you should receive a course notification email confirming your booking.

If you have not been receiving course notifications, please make sure that you check your spam as sometimes messages go straight into the spam folder and can be missed.

Some email providers will let you click on the email in the spam folder and you should have an option to move to inbox or not mark as spam.

Some email providers (such as BT) have been blocking external emails, the advice from Learning Pool is to contact your email provider to get it unblocked.
