Let’s Talk More (LTM): Setting application to become a LTM trained screener
There approximately 60 Devon settings that have been trained to become Let’s Talk More screeners. Many settings are contacting the Speech and Language therapist directly to ask to become screeners. If you are interested in becoming a screener in the future, the following information will be useful:
Applications to become a LTM trained setting are usually invited once a term.
The best ways to keep up to speed about when this might take place are by:
- Attending provider network events with your EYC
- Following the Babcock LDP EY team facebook page
- Looking out for information on your weekly early email communications ( Digest)
A panel consisting of the EY Consultants and Speech and Language Therapist for LTM will then meet to consider applications and decide which settings will be trained (we usually choose around 20 settings per term).
All settings who apply will be informed of the outcome by the end of the term.
If you require any additional LTM information please contact your Early Years Consultant (Babcock Early Years Team).
