Egress secure email
You may be aware that we have been experiencing problems opening emails that have been sent securely to the Early Years Entitlement Funding Mailbox (email@example.com) using Egress Secure Email. Currently we can only open Egress emails if they are sent as a reply to an Egress email that has been sent from the mailbox. This issue is under investigation by our ICT team but until they have a resolution we have come up with the following workaround.
We will be sending all Early Years Funded Providers an email via Egress on Tuesday 4th May 2021, so please could we ask that you keep a look out for this. If you need to contact us with any information that is sensitive or confidential i.e. child’s names, dates of birth, addresses, SEN application forms etc. please can you reply using this email changing the subject of the email to, for example, SEND or Conflicts. To make it easier to find this email you could either create a folder and save it in there or set a flag to the email.
