Dear Early Years Provider,
Local authorities are required to complete a Government return twice a week on the opening and closing of early years and childcare settings. To collate this information we require all providers to complete a short online survey every Monday and Thursday.
This requirement will be added to our Provider Agreement and will be a condition of accessing any additional financial support available.
This data may be used for various purposes such as sufficiency and budget planning and will help us plan resources we have available.
Please note for any returns due on a Bank Holiday Monday please submit the following day (Tuesday) by 12 noon.
