Annual Survey of Providers 2018
It is that time of year again where we ask you to complete the Annual Survey of Providers so that we make sure we have up to date information on the services you provide. The survey will be emailed to you on Monday 29th January.
The Annual Survey of Providers asks questions to enable the Early Years and Childcare Service to carry out its statutory duty to ensure sufficient childcare and asks questions regarding your workforce required for the Early Years Census statutory return. Funded providers are required to complete the Annual Survey as stated in the Provider Agreement Section 4.4. For more information on why we are undertaking this survey please visit the website.
Please complete the survey by Friday 16th February.
