Devon County Council want the views of all early years providers on the services that are delivered through a contract with Babcock LDP.
Following the Early Years recommendation, the indicative funding rates from 1st April 2020 are £4.10 for 3 & 4 year olds (providers will receive £4.16 with the Universal SEND and Deprivation supplements) and £4.98 for 2 year olds.
