Following a recent Coroners court hearing, the Coroner has asked that South West Ambulance Service Trust’s (SWAST) guidance on calling 999 for an ambulance be shared with all educational establishments (including early years) across the geographical area. This guidance is to help and support staff when calling 999 in order to achieve the appropriate and timely response.
