As a co-creator and signatory of the Joint Declaration, Devon County Council is committed to challenging inequality and celebrating diversity to achieve the following <strong>Vision of Equality and Fairness<\/strong>:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>People can achieve their own potential and a good quality of life.<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Everyone can access services, facilities or information<\/b>. Different needs are always taken into account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>There is public involvement and influence in decision making, planning, policy and service delivery<\/b>. People are consulted and listened to through wide, fair and effective representation. There is a strong understanding of the diverse range of needs in Devon\u2019s communities, their make-up and changing nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Devon is a strong, safe and inclusive community.<\/b> \u00a0There are good relations between different communities.
