These are monitored annually.<\/p>\n<h2>Energy<\/h2>\n<p>Energy consumption across the Council&#8217;s corporate property estate has fallen significantly since 2012\/13, reducing from 22,108MWh to 9,356 MWh in 2024\/25. This reflects energy efficiency improvements, estate rationalisation, building upgrades and changes in working practices.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2881\" src=\"http:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/environment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/112\/2026\/10\/Energy-consumption-of-corporate-property-2012-2025.png\" alt=\"Graph showing Devon County Council energy consumption of corporate property 2012-2025.
