Service Issues 1: Revenue & Payments

We have been advised by Richard Lewis (Manager Revenue & Payments Section) that during the next 4 weeks they have reduced resources within the Section particularly in the afternoons when they are undertaking the daily payment run and their phones will be switched to answerphone. Added to this are the additional checks for entity changes to be approved and there will inevitably be delays in responding to your request for new and amended entities.
They will endeavour to deal with your enquiry when they are free and would therefore be grateful if calls could be kept to a minimum and as an alternative you use their generic email email@example.com with your enquiries.
