Governance & Compliance 34: Missing FRS Autumn Report Letters

Last Friday a letter was sent out to a number of schools where the Education & Learning Finance Team had not received a valid FRS autumn monitoring report. However, it has come to light that an error may have occurred during the mail merge process.

In total 4 different letters were created covering the various reasons why an autumn FRS report has not been received/rejected:

  • No FRS submitted.
  • FRS report submitted in the wrong format.
  • FRS report contains incorrectly mapped CFR codes.
  • FRS report contains incorrectly mapped CFR codes and use of non-valid ledger codes.

We have today re-created the letters which will be going in the post today (dated 11th January 2016). Please ignore the previous FRS letter dated 8th January 2016.
