    Space* launch new online sessions for young people with SEND

    The sessions provide SEND young people aged 11-19 the chance to take part in fun activities in a safe online space, while connecting them to others in the process.

    Preparing for Adulthood update

    Adult Social Care Community teams are now able to take over the management of transitions to Adult Social Care, so the Preparing for Adulthood team is returning to early preparation work with young people and their families.
