The following is a list of possible reasons to bear in mind:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"HelpHeading\">Did you know that passwords and usernames are case sensitive?<\/span><br><span class=\"HelpText\">Double check that you haven&#8217;t accidentally activated the CAPS LOCK key.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"HelpHeading\">Are you sure you typed the username and password exactly correct?<\/span><br><span class=\"HelpText\">If the username is &#8216;Bill&#8217; then &#8216;bill&#8217; or &#8216;William&#8217; will not work. Check you know the exact spelling of the username and password.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"HelpHeading\">Did you accidentally type in extra spaces in the password or username?<\/span><br><span class=\"HelpText\">None of our usernames or passwords include spaces.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"HelpHeading\">Have you forgotten your username or password?<\/span><br><span class=\"HelpText\"><span class=\"HelpText\">This can happen to all of us on occasion.
