To be able to login to the EHC Hub you must first be sent an invite to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For further information about registering to use the EHC Hub see the link below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registering on the EHC Hub<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have more than one e-mail account?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will only be able to access the Hub using the registered e-mail account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please make sure you are entering the correct one into the login screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the password correct?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately even if you are 100% sure that this is the password you entered on a rare occasion it still might not work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this happens just click reset Password<\/a>  You will then shortly receive an e-mail allowing you to setup a new one<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please check your junk\/spam and deleted folders for this e-mail and if still not received add noreply@idoxgroup.com to your safe contacts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please leave 15 minutes before trying to reset again<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have you forgotten your memorable passphrase?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This happens to everyone! Let us know and we can get this sorted for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you included a space in your passphrase this will count as one of the characters so bear this in mind when entering each letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New phone or text not received?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you setup your security to be a text to your mobile and you no longer have access to the phone or the message just isn’t being received please either give us a call on 01392 380434 (option 2) or drop us a line at educationsystems@devon.gov.uk<\/a> and we will reset this for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
