Financing Net Zero \u2013 Fast Followers Project Update <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Burton presented on the Fast Followers project funded by Innovate UK. This is a Devon wide co-ordinated bid and runs to the end of June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Burton offered to help and support any districts with net zero projects currently underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussions around potential collaboration on various projects. Need identified for a register of projects to be collated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACTION: Mark Burton<\/strong> to follow up with Districts to explore this further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-ukspf-update\">2. UKSPF Update <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the People and Skills proposal, DCC have created an offer to support a Skills and Employment Hub which will be compliant with SPF requirements and mapped against SPF outputs and outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offers have been sent to all districts. Conversations have taken place with Mid Devon, North Devon, East Devon and Exeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACTION: Districts<\/strong> to consider this offer and express interest to Mirela Doana by the end of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-devolution-update\">3. Devolution Update <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Devolution Deal is progressing and hopeful to announce the deal soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-dluhc-update\">4. DLUHC Update <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sally Royle provided a general overview of DLUHC information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-benchmarking-minehead-somerset-devon-urban-renewal\">5. Benchmarking &#8211; Minehead Somerset \/ Devon Urban Renewal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keir Duffin provided an update on next steps for benchmarking which included undertaking mid-year review with Minehead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-any-other-business\">6.
