You can use Get help to retrain to understand your current skills, identify potential new job roles and find and sign up to local training opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This service is designed to help if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you\u2019re employed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you don\u2019t have a qualification at degree level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you\u2019re aged 24 or over<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you\u2019re earning below \u00a335,000 a year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/national-retraining-scheme\" rel=\"noopener\">National retraining scheme &#8211; GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Retraining Scheme is working with the following providers in the Heart of the South West (and a little bit beyond):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.achievementtraining.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Achievement Training Limited<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bathcollege.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bath College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.btc.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bridgwater and Taunton College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.learndevon.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Devon County Council \u2013 Learn Devon<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/exe-coll.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Exeter College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newcollege.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New College Swindon<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oncoursesouthwest.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">On Course South West<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.petroc.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Petroc College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.southdevon.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">South Devon College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.strode-college.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Strode College<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yeovil.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yeovil College<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Retraining Scheme will help prepare adults for future changes to the economy, including those brought about by automation, and help them retrain into better jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first part of the service, Get help to retrain, is available in the Heart of the South West.
